We build Gregory gear to last a lifetime and that’s how long we stand behind it. We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own it.

This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care. (Sorry, no free repairs if you have been using your pack as a feed bag for bears or cleaning it with white gas).

Your first port of call if you find fault with a Gregory pack is the retailer from where you purchased it. If that is not possible please email the address below  along with a covering letter detailing the pack and description of the problem. The same covering letter should be sent with the pack when shipped.
